CANCELLATION POLICY

Private tours

Private tours can be cancelled with full refund up to 72 hours before the time of the tour.  If you cancel after this we will still need to pay the guide in full. We therefore reserve the right to retain 50% of the tour fee as a contribution towards the guiding fees.  If you cancel within 24 hours of the time of the tour we reserve the right to retain 75% of the tour fee.

King’s College Chapel tickets

If we have purchased King’s College Chapel tickets on your behalf and you have to cancel the tour, the tickets are non-refundable.

LIABILITY

Cambridge Tour Guides accepts no responsibility or liability for for loss or injury during one of our tours. Clients must accept that they are participating in the tour entirely at their own risk.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers have no expiry date. Vouchers do not include college entry fees. We can only provide a tour paid for by gift voucher subject to the availability of guides.
